These terms govern your use of careerswerve.io ("the Platform") and all training services provided by CubedNet Limited (Company No. 10275872) ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Course Access & Delivery

• Self-study courses: Access is granted upon payment and remains available for the duration specified in the course description.
• Live training: Delivered online at the scheduled dates and times. Recordings may be provided at our discretion.
• Project placements: Subject to successful completion of prerequisite training and availability.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of course content.
• Live training sessions are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
• Free taster sessions carry no financial obligation.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, exercises, and datasets are the intellectual property of CubedNet Limited.
• You may not copy, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
• Your project submissions remain your intellectual property.

6. CubedNet Professional Reference

• A professional reference from CubedNet Limited is issued upon successful completion and defence of project work.
• The reference confirms your demonstrated skills — it is not a guarantee of employment.
• CubedNet reserves the right to withdraw a reference if the work is later found to be fraudulent.

7. Affiliate Programme

• Affiliates earn 25% commission on referred sales.
• Commission is paid on confirmed (non-refunded) orders only.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CubedNet Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or training services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
