After 17+ years building data solutions for NESO, the Home Office, Shell Energy and Kingfisher, I kept seeing the same gap: structured training that ends without proof. Bootcamps issued certificates but candidates couldn't defend the work in interview. Online courses had no review layer.

CareerSwerve is built around that gap. The Portfolio Project review process is borrowed from how CubedNet — CareerSwerve's parent company — and our partner consultancies evaluate contractors internally: real datasets, defended work, written feedback from someone who's shipped to production.
