These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CareerSwerve website at careerswerve.io and all training services provided through the platform. CareerSwerve is operated by Cubed Analytics Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any of our courses or programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the CareerSwerve website, learner dashboard, and all associated digital tools and services available at careerswerve.io.

"Programme" refers to any structured training pathway, including the Data Analytics Programme, individual course tracks (SQL, Power BI, Python, Databricks), and any bundled or standalone offerings.

"Course" refers to an individual training module within a Programme, such as SQL Core, Python Applied, or Databricks Professional.

"Learner" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Platform and enrols in one or more Courses or Programmes.

"Corporate Client" refers to any organisation that purchases training on behalf of its employees or team members.

"Content" refers to all course materials, including but not limited to documents, slides, exercises, lab instructions, datasets, project briefs, videos, and any other learning resources provided through the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access our training services, you must create an account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your details if they change.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we reasonably believe that the information provided is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that these Terms have been breached.

Each account is for individual use only. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow others to access your account. Corporate bookings will receive individual accounts for each enrolled team member.

3. Programmes and Enrolment

Enrolment in a Programme or Course is confirmed once payment has been received in full or a valid payment plan has been agreed. Upon confirmation, you will receive access to the relevant course materials, live session schedules, and learner dashboard.

Programme structures, schedules, and content are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners of any material changes in advance. Where a scheduled live session needs to be rescheduled, we will provide an alternative date at the earliest opportunity.

Places on live Programmes are limited. We reserve the right to cap enrolment numbers to maintain the quality of instruction and learner experience.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on the Platform in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.

For Programmes that offer early bird pricing, the discounted rate applies only to bookings made within the stated early bird window. After this window closes, the full price applies.

Payment plan options may be available for selected Programmes. Where a payment plan is agreed, you are required to meet all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access to your course materials and live sessions until the outstanding balance is settled.

Corporate bookings require a minimum of five seats. Corporate pricing and invoicing arrangements will be confirmed upon enquiry.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of enrolment, subject to the following conditions.

If you request a refund within 30 days of enrolment and have accessed less than 50% of the course content, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If you have accessed 50% or more of the course content, no refund will be issued regardless of when the request is made.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@careerswerve.io. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Add-on purchases such as individual projects, interview preparation sessions, interview questions courses, and certificates are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

If a Programme is cancelled by us before delivery, you will receive a full refund.

6. Live Sessions and Attendance

Our Programmes include live, instructor-led sessions delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Session schedules, including dates and times, are published on the Platform and communicated to enrolled learners in advance.

Attendance at live sessions is your responsibility. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. Where possible, session recordings or supplementary materials may be made available, but this is not guaranteed and is provided at our discretion.

Weekly catchup sessions are included as part of supported Programmes. These sessions are optional but strongly recommended to maintain progress.

7. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All Content provided through the Platform — including course documents, lab exercises, practice datasets, project briefs, slides, images, branding, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Cubed Analytics Limited and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own learning purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publish, or make available any Content to any third party, whether in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

This includes but is not limited to uploading Content to file-sharing platforms, sharing screenshots or copies of course materials in online forums or social media, using Content to deliver your own training or consultancy services, and creating derivative works based on our materials.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account and access, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to protect our intellectual property.

8. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a Programme or Course, you will be eligible to receive a CareerSwerve certificate. Certificates are issued at our discretion based on completion of required coursework and project submissions.

Certificates display the version of the course completed at the time of issue. A certificate fee of £50 applies unless otherwise included in your Programme pricing.

Once issued, certificates remain permanently associated with the course version completed. If a course is subsequently updated, your certificate will continue to reflect the version you studied.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all times, including during live sessions and in any communications with instructors or fellow learners. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or our systems. You must not upload or transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others. You must not disrupt live sessions or interfere with other learners' experience.

We reserve the right to remove any learner from a session or Programme, or to suspend or terminate an account, if we determine that their behaviour is in breach of these Terms or is detrimental to the learning environment.

10. Corporate Training

Corporate bookings are subject to these Terms in addition to any separate agreement entered into between Cubed Analytics Limited and the Corporate Client.

Corporate Clients are responsible for providing accurate details for each team member to be enrolled. Each enrolled team member will receive an individual account and is individually bound by these Terms.

We may share enrolment status, attendance records, and completion data with the Corporate Client as part of the training agreement.

Corporate training content may be customised by agreement. Any customisation does not transfer intellectual property rights to the Corporate Client.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubed Analytics Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or our training services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Programme or Course giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but accept no liability for temporary downtime, technical issues, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of any third-party service.

14. Disclaimers

While we make every effort to ensure our course content is accurate, current, and relevant, we do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Training materials are provided for educational purposes and should not be taken as professional advice.

Completion of a CareerSwerve Programme or Course does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific career outcome. Your success depends on many factors beyond the scope of our training.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Databricks Inc., or any other technology vendor unless explicitly stated. References to third-party tools and technologies are made solely for educational purposes.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns or complaints. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue informally before formal proceedings are considered.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any Programme-specific terms communicated at the point of enrolment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cubed Analytics Limited in relation to your use of the Platform and our training services.
